We are pleased to announce the release of Magnum 6.7, featuring  a run-time counter for designation video clips, improved functionality with  adding LDAP users via the System Admin page and several bug fixes.

User  Features

· Transcripts

o Total Clip Duration: Enjoy more control over the amount of  evidence presented at hearings or trials and comply easily with any  court-mandated time limits by getting more accurate video clip designation  runtime reports. Magnum now displays in  real time the estimated duration of combined video clips of designated  testimony. Clip duration is also now displayed on PDF and DOC Notes export  cover pages for a more comprehensive designations report.

o Overlapping Designations Filter. Quickly and  clearly identify portions of testimony also flagged by the opposing party with  the overlapping designations filter, now available on the Notes report page.  Isolate designations assigned by multiple parties from those created solely by  your own case team for added convenience with reporting and trial preparation.

o Transcript Exports. Produce transcripts in different  formats, whether industry standard for delivery to opposing parties, or one  with bigger, clearer text for ease of reviewing testimony. Enjoy enhanced export speeds and get copies  of transcripts more quickly.

o Transcripts Tab. Navigate through your list of  deponent transcripts with more ease, identifying at a glance which transcripts  have corresponding exhibits and video through icons and shortcuts that appear  in line with each transcript title. Enjoy the flexibility of opening a  transcript by simply double-clicking it, as you would open any file in your  computer.

· Document Tags

o Organize and sort your case documents  in the way that works best for your case team by applying a preferred setup  through the new “Load Order from CSV” Sort Order option.

System Administrator Features (Enterprise  Only)

· Users  Page: Adding LDAP Users

o Conveniently add case team members to  Magnum while minimizing the amount of steps needed for access by adding users  through LDAP, which now allows them to bypass the email registration link.
