Beta Features:
The following new features are available as a beta functionality to provide an early preview and receive user feedback. These functionalities are turned off by default and can be enabled by a workspace administrator in the Admin > Settings page. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
Relativity integration
An updated Relativity Integration is now available as part of the 6.11 release, which can be configured directly from an Opus 2 workspace. This integration offers the ability to import documents and native files and can also be configured to bring across any selected metadata and choice fields as Tags in Opus 2.
The integration requires a module to be installed within your Relativity instance. Once installed, content and fields can be imported automatically from any Relativity workspace to the Opus 2 platform using a simple wizard.
If you are interested in beta-testing this feature with your Relativity instance service provider, please contact us.
Watermarking
Magnum 6.11 offers users the ability to add a watermark to documents within the document viewer which can be applied to exports. Administrators can customize the text to be used for display in the watermarks within the settings of any workspace.
Redaction
With Redaction, case teams can now redact documents directly within the platform. The redaction will be applied to the documents while being viewed on the platform itself as well as when the document is exported.
Once the Redaction feature is enabled on a workspace, the redaction tool becomes available within the document viewer under the Tools menu. When redactions are applied, the system will automatically create multiple versions of the document and store redlined/redacted copies of the document in named folders within the workspace.
