You can manage your user details, Notes settings and password and memorable word in Opus 2 via the Account page which you can access by clicking on the Person (User Account) icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Signature - this is the author identifier assigned to any Notes you apply, so we recommend using your initials.
Username - set a username to use in place of your email address when you login.
Password - your case sensitive password must contain at least 8 characters including 1 number.
Memorable word - your case sensitive memorable word must contain 6 characters.
Security Questions – select the security questions you want to receive for automated password and memorable word resets.
Change Active Email – set the email address you wish Notifications and Password reset emails to get sent to.
Address new notes to – set the default setting to ‘Me’ (private) or ‘My Team’ (everyone in your workspace).
Display preferences – set the default position for notes either above text, in the margin or in the footnotes.
