You project has the ability to manage transcripts with media files that have been synchronized. The following process will link the existing transcript with a media file or files. To synchronize the files the transcript must be in the MDB format, with the media files in MPG or MP4 (preferred) format.
Complete the following steps
In your project navigate to Documents. There are two methods to upload synchronized transcripts:
Find and highlight the required transcript.
In the right-hand panel, click on the transcript.
The transcript opens in the Transcript viewer.
Select the
icon at the top right of the center panel.
Choose Manage media and the Manage transcript media dialog opens.
Drag and drop the media file(s) into the dialog.
Click Save to complete the process.
