Supported browsers
Opus2 will fix bugs that present on any of these browsers or platforms. The list of supported browsers and versions is short in order to maximise efficiency. Only the two most recent versions (current version inclusive) of our supported browsers will receive guaranteed support.

Limited support
For certain browsers Opus2 is able to offer limited support. For these browsers, support will investigate bugs on a best endeavour basis, but no guarantee is made that these will be fixed.
Support will recommend user tests issue on a supported browser and operating system.

Bandwidth
Platform requires a network bandwidth of minimum 10 megabits per second to operate satisfactorily.
Browser dimensions
Dialogs for advanced actions require a browser height of at least 1080 pixels. The following actions are included in this requirement: editing worksheets; adding document metadata fields; changing project settings; uploading documents.
Dialogs for standard actions require a browser height of at least 720 pixels. The following actions are included in this requirement: viewing portals; creating worksheet records; viewing docs; adding notes.
