Follow the steps below to resend the activation link to a user in Platform:
- Click on the system cog icon to open the system admin page.
- Go to the "Users" tab to view all the users in the system.
- From the list of users, locate and select the user to whom you wish to resend the activation link by ticking the selection box in the leftmost column.
- Click on the Actions drop down menu in the toolbar.
- From the drop-down menu, select Notify.
- Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
- The user will receive a new activation link via email to activate their account, set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and create a new password.
